Takahashi TOA 645 Flattener 0.99x for TOA-130NS/NFB
This Takahashi flattener accommodates larger imaging sensors because of its ability to provide a large image circle. The TOA 645 0.99x flattener is designed for the Takahashi TOA-130NS/NFB telescopes. With two fully multi-coated lens elements in two groups, this Takahashi flattener gives outstanding correction out to a 60 mm image circle.
When paired with the compatible TOA-130N telescopes, RMS spot diameters of 1 micron on-axis are reached. For a 30 mm diameter image circle, the RMS spot diameter is 2 microns and for a 43 mm image circle it is at 3 microns. For the full 60 mm diameter, the RMS spot diameter is 5 microns. With these spot diameters, the flattener is a premier accessory to add to even the newest small pixel sensors.
This flattener comes with an M72 thread on the telescope side.
