The Takahashi TOA0040 Eyepiece Accessory Adapter was designed for the Takahashi FS78 Telescope. This occular adapter has a 2" barrel design that mates with your 2" accessories and eyepieces.
The Takahashi TOA0040 Eyepiece Accessory Adapter is part number 46 on FS-78 system chart (see "Images and Articles" tab to your left). Utilizes thumb screws to be used with 2-inch star diagonal or straight viewing.
Add to that the 2" Takahashi Mirror Star Diagonal (sold separately) and its complimentary 1.25" adapter and use a full range of accessories!
