Defective Product Returns

If you receive a product and believe it to be defective please contact us at 631-475-1118 or [email protected]. CCTS stands behind every product that we sell and we  Please describe the problem in detail and we promise to do everything we can to resolve the issue. In many instances, perceived problems may be simply technical adjustments that our customer service reps can guide you through over the phone.

Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the defective or incorrect product. We will send you a replacement promptly and arrange for you to return the original product back to us at our cost .

If the item is determined to be defective or the incorrect item was shipped to you, we will send you a replacement along with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please affix this label to the return package and drop it off in any USPS mailbox or give it to your mailman or UPS driver.

Basic Product Returns

All of us at CCTS want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  We want to make your buying (and returning) experience with us as easy and painless as possible. There is no requirement for you to request an RMA from us. Simply call us at 631-475-1118 or email the details of your request to [email protected]. One of our sales associates will contact you back within 24 hours.

All orders placed with CCTS benefit from a 30 day exchange policy.  To receive a full refund less shipping (both ways) and handling fees, all returned products must be in new condition, contain all of the original packing material and product components. If you simply did not like the item, changed your mind, or ordered the wrong item, we will gladly take the item back within 14 days from the date we shipped it to you and give you a full refund.

Once we receive your package it will be inspected. Our team will look for original packaging, and inspect the product for any scratches, dings, etc. If the product is classified as being in new condition you will receive a full refund (less shipping costs, both ways), no questions asked. If the product contains dings, scratches or basic wear and tear the return will be subject to a re-stocking fee which will be determined upon completion of the inspection. 

Note regarding shipping: We offer free shipping on hundreds of products! If you decide you want to return an item and it is in new condition you will receive a full refund less our initial shipping cost associated with shipping the product to you. This also includes all products with free shipping promotions attached to them.
