INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS

 

CCTS ships internationally to almost every country on the globe. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping.  We are however, governed by dealer agreements that prevent us from shipping some of the brands we carry internationally. Due to the fact that each agreement has its own degree of complexity we ask that you email us at [email protected] to inquire about shipping status of a particular product. 

There are no restrictions on the shipment of Pre-Owned and Display equipment. So if you are looking for items from Celestron please check our Pre-Owned section first, if you do not see what you are looking for contact us. Please note Pre-Owned and Display products are subject to warranty limitations from the manufacturer when shipped internationally. The recommended shipping method for international shipments is UPS & USPS. Please note USPS does not offer Full tracking functionality, US Priority Mail does not offer "Door to Door" handling. If you choose First Class Mail or Priority Mail international, your package will be delivered to your country's postal service. They will be responsible for the final delivery of your package to your door. We have no ability to track your package beyond your country's port of entry.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ESTIMATES

 

Merchandise heavier than 5lbs (2.26 kg), and larger than 8 inch *8 inch *8 inch may be subject to shipping cost adjustments. Please note: For items larger/heavier than this, our website can only give an ESTIMATED COST. We encourage you to reach out to us to ensure you will be notified and billed for any discrepancies in cost.
