Yes, it is if you choose to pay by Paypal or credit card. On special orders such as this we recommend you use "Pay by invoice". This allows you to place the order without providing paymet. A member of our staff will contact you in order to bill you only for a deposit on the ordered item. The balance of your order will be charged once we make the final shipment to you.
