Celestron Omni CG-4 Equatorial Mount with Stainless Steel Tripod
Celestron offers the stable equatorial mount of OMNI telescopes also separately. The mount supports telescopes up to 9 kg thanks to ball-bearing worms in both axes and thanks to the solid stainless steel tripod. The CG-4 has manual fine adjustments in both axes. The telescopes are attached via an GP/EQ5 style quick coupling.

The CG-4 is a fine mount for astrophotography:
Equip the CG-4 with a 2-axis control or with a Goto control and the mount already offers you all possibilities for astrophotography. We recommend telescopes and accessories up to about 5 kg for photographic use. An optional polar finder facilitates precise positioning. Due to the ball-bearing worms, the CG-4 offers very precise tracking, the stars remain pinpoint.
